Important VISITOR Information Regarding The ECC's 4 Year Old Graduation Ceremony - May 27th

The ECC 4 Year Old Graduation ceremony is set to take place on Wednesday, May 27th at 9:30A in the gym on Daniels Street. 

• It is very important that your student is on time and not tardy on this day to allow for the smoothest of transitions into the graduation event for your student and their classmates.   We don't want them to miss a thing!
• ALL visitors are asked to park in the lots off of Daniels Street and enter via the gate near the front of the gym. The Front Office is not an access point for this event.   Visitors should arrive early to allow ample time to find parking, get through the sign-in line, receive a yellow visitor pass and seating prior to the start of the ceremony.    Parking is historically limited due to the high number of visitors this event brings. Please consider carpooling with family to reduce the number of cars seeking a spot.
• We, as a school, encourage our student’s families to attend but we discourage checking school age children out of their academic classes to attend this event.  
• Please abstain from bringing gifts of balloons, flowers, noisemakers, signs and/or food to recognize your student's accomplishment.    In fairness to the other guests who would like to see their students graduate without distraction or items blocking their line of vision, these items will not be allowed in gym and will be stored outside of view until after the event.  
• Students being checked out for the rest of the day will be checked out directly with their teacher.  
• Tables will be set up in the gym after the event for photos and visiting with your student, their teacher and classmates.
